Il software di simulazione riproduce i limiti dello spazio di lavoro e della capacità di carico di un Hexapod. Pertanto, anche prima di effettuare un acquisto, è possibile verificare se un particolare modello di Hexapod è in grado di gestire i carichi, le forze e le coppie che si verificano in un'applicazione. A questo scopo, il tool di simulazione tiene conto della posizione e del movimento dell'Hexapod, nonché del punto di rotazione e di diversi sistemi di coordinate di riferimento.
